Key Documents for Admission
- Copy of passport (page with the photo). The validity of passport cannot be less than 18 months from the date of enrolment.
- Copy of a document on education (diploma, transcript), listing subjects studied and grades achieved.
How to submit documents properly?
Step-by-step admission process
Provide Documents
Send high-quality scans of your passport (valid for more than 18 months), diploma or certificate, and the completed application form.
Sign the Agreement and Prepayment
After providing the documents, sign the agreement with Main Education and make a prepayment of $200 to cover translation and invitation expenses.
Registration and Document Verification
After the prepayment, we register you for the course, and the university conducts a document verification process within up to 7 days. After successful verification, the university provides a contract between the university and the student for signing.
Receiving the Invitation
After signing the contract between the university and the student, the university sends the documents to the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation (UFMS RF). The invitation process takes 30-45 days.
After receiving the invitation, submit your visa application to the Russian embassy in your country within 14 days (please check the rules and regulations of your country with your manager). After successfully obtaining the visa, pay $500 to cover organizational expenses.

Purchase your flight ticket and arrive in Russia within 30 days after obtaining your visa. Inform your manager of your travel details to arrange an airport pickup.
Start of Studies
After arriving and paying the remaining balance of the program cost, you can begin your studies at the university the next day.
